• Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, friendly attitude
• Ability to handle a busy dining room with grace under pressure
• BASSET (Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training) certification required

Lead a shift at one of Chicago's most beloved restaurants and ensure our team delivers the Pequod's standard every single service. You'll be responsible for staff coordination, quality control, and keeping the energy positive and productive on the floor and in the kitchen.

• 2+ years of restaurant experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, inventory basics, and shift reporting
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
